Wat gebeurt er als mijn data op is?
Je dataverbinding stopt met werken. Voor plannen die top-up ondersteunen, sturen we je een opwaardeerlink voordat het op is - bij 20% en 10% resterend. Tik gewoon op de link om direct meer data toe te voegen.
Wanneer begint mijn eSIM-dataplan?
Dit hangt af van je specifieke plan. De meeste plannen activeren bij eerste verbinding in je bestemmingsland. Sommige plannen beginnen direct na installatie. Controleer de productdetails voor het specifieke activeringsbeleid van je plan.
Kan ik mijn eSIM gebruiken voor telefoongesprekken en SMS?
Onze eSIM's bieden alleen mobiele data. Voor bellen en berichten gebruik je apps zoals WhatsApp, FaceTime of Telegram via je eSIM-dataverbinding, of houd je thuis-SIM actief voor traditionele gesprekken.
Wat als de activeringslink niet werkt?
Gebruik de QR-code op de bevestigingspagina of in je email als backup. Als scannen niet mogelijk is, kun je de activeringscode en SM-DP+ adres handmatig invoeren onder "Details handmatig invoeren" in je eSIM-instellingen.
