In Russia, manually select the Beeline network and complete the SMS verification (KYC may be required) before enabling data roaming. No roaming in southern Thailand: Pattani, Narathiwat and Yala provinces, and the Chana, Na Thawi, Thepha and Saba Yoi districts of Songkhla. In Russia the service can take up to 24 hours to start working.

Frequently asked questions

My eSIM shows "No Service" - what should I do?

First, ensure the eSIM is enabled and set as your data line. Turn on Data Roaming. Try toggling Airplane Mode on and off. If the problem persists, restart your phone. Contact us if it still doesn't work.

What is an eSIM?

An eSIM is a digital SIM built into your phone. Instead of inserting a plastic card, you simply tap an activation link or scan a QR code to activate your mobile data plan. It works exactly like a regular SIM, just without the physical card.

How do I install an eSIM on Samsung?

Tap the activation link directly from your email and follow the prompts. Alternatively, go to Settings → Connections → SIM Manager → Add eSIM → Scan QR Code. The process takes about one minute.

What is an eSIM activation link?

An activation link is the fastest way to install your eSIM. Simply tap the link on your phone and your eSIM installs automatically - no camera scanning needed. We also provide a QR code as backup if you prefer.

Is an eSIM safe and secure?

Yes. eSIMs use the same encryption and security standards as physical SIMs. They cannot be physically stolen or cloned, and are tied to your specific device.

Can I use my eSIM as a hotspot?

Hotspot functionality depends on your phone model and the local carrier network. Some combinations support tethering while others may restrict it. Check the product details for hotspot information.
