Frequently asked questions

Can I still use my regular SIM card with an eSIM?

Yes. Most eSIM-compatible phones are dual-SIM, meaning you can use your physical SIM for calls and texts from home while using the eSIM for mobile data abroad.

Can I buy an eSIM for someone else?

Yes. Complete your purchase and simply forward the email to them, or send them a picture of the QR code. They can install it on their own phone right away.

Will I be notified when my data is running low?

Yes. We automatically send you notifications at 20% and 10% remaining data. For plans that support top-up, we include a direct top-up link so you can add more data with one tap.

How do I activate my eSIM when I arrive?

Enable the eSIM in your settings, turn on Data Roaming for that eSIM, and make sure it's set as your data line. Your phone will connect to the local network automatically. Check product details for your plan's specific activation behavior.

Which Android phones support eSIM?

Most flagship Android phones from 2019 onwards support eSIM, including Samsung Galaxy S20+, Google Pixel 3+, Huawei P40+, and many Xiaomi, Oppo, and OnePlus models. Check your phone's specifications to confirm.

My eSIM shows "No Service" - what should I do?

First, ensure the eSIM is enabled and set as your data line. Turn on Data Roaming. Try toggling Airplane Mode on and off. If the problem persists, restart your phone. Contact us if it still doesn't work.
