Τι συμβαίνει όταν εξαντληθούν τα δεδομένα μου;
Η σύνδεση δεδομένων σας θα σταματήσει να λειτουργεί. Για πακέτα που υποστηρίζουν top-up, σας στέλνουμε σύνδεσμο top-up πριν εξαντληθούν - στο 20% και 10% υπόλοιπο. Απλά πατήστε τον σύνδεσμο για να προσθέσετε δεδομένα αμέσως.
Πότε ξεκινά το πακέτο δεδομένων eSIM μου;
Αυτό εξαρτάται από το συγκεκριμένο πακέτο σας. Τα περισσότερα πακέτα ενεργοποιούνται κατά την πρώτη σύνδεση στη χώρα προορισμού. Ορισμένα ξεκινούν αμέσως μετά την εγκατάσταση. Ελέγξτε τις λεπτομέρειες του προϊόντος για την πολιτική ενεργοποίησης.
Μπορώ να χρησιμοποιήσω το eSIM μου για τηλεφωνικές κλήσεις και SMS;
Τα eSIM μας παρέχουν μόνο δεδομένα κινητού. Για κλήσεις και μηνύματα, χρησιμοποιήστε εφαρμογές όπως WhatsApp, FaceTime ή Telegram μέσω της σύνδεσης δεδομένων eSIM, ή κρατήστε τη SIM του σπιτιού ενεργή για παραδοσιακές κλήσεις.
Τι γίνεται αν ο σύνδεσμος ενεργοποίησης δεν λειτουργεί;
Χρησιμοποιήστε τον κωδικό QR που παρέχεται στη σελίδα επιβεβαίωσης ή στο email σας ως εναλλακτικό. Αν η σάρωση δεν είναι δυνατή, μπορείτε να εισαγάγετε χειροκίνητα τον κωδικό ενεργοποίησης και τη διεύθυνση SM-DP+ στην επιλογή "Μη αυτόματη εισαγωγή" στις ρυθμίσεις eSIM.
